Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Mona Lee Kisselburg Rainey of Acworth, Georgia, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away at the age of 78, on April 11, 2024. She was predeceased by : her parents, Lloyd Kisselburg and Evelyn Kisselburg (Morrow); her significant other William Stephen Rainey (Steve); her sister Dorothy Sue Kisselburg Raper; and her brother-in-law Pearly Raper.

She is survived by : her children, Samuel Rufus (Rus), William Lloyd (Lee) and Mary Evelyn Rainey (Eve); her grandchildren, Stephen Robert Rainey (Robbie), Weslee Bowen Rainey and Camryn Reese Rainey; and her pet Candace Louise Rainey (Candy).

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Townson-Rose Funeral Home (138 Peachtree St, Murphy, NC 28906).
