He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Thomas and Elsie Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Thomas of Acworth, GA; his son Marcus Thomas (Britni) of Powder Springs, GA; his granddaughters, Emalynne and McKenzie Thomas of Powder Springs, GA.; and his former wife Deborah Daniell.

Family has asked in lieu of flowers that donations be made in Stephen's name to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America at https: //alzfdn.org/ or the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation at http: //http://www.curethekids.org .
