He was predeceased by : his father Hubert Warren Allen. He is survived by : his children, Sandy, Gary Hubert Warren Allen of El Cajon, CA, J. T. Pipkin of Bartlesville, OK, Tina Pipkin of Minnesota, Randy Pipkin of Whitwell, TN and Rodney Pipkin of Bartlesville, OK; his mother Oral Laverne Howarth Hoke of California; his siblings, Joseph Allen (Joyce) of Ponca City, OK and Mary Swanson of Clairmont, CA; and his grandchildren, Stephen Morgan (Victoria), Daniel Sells (Hannah), Billy Sells, Jr., Rosa Allen, Kevin Allen, Betty Lou Walters, Jessica Pipkin, Wesley Hampton, Lindsey Hampton, Danielle Pipkin, Jackie Pipkin, Brandon Pipkin, Jeremy Pipkin, Chris Pipkin, David Marks, Brad Purvis (Kandice), Brittany Purvis, Amber Purvis and Michelle Watson. He is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren.
