He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Katie Nolan Sara Stanford (Patrick), Ann Stanford and William Stanford (Shannon); his grandchildren, Gus, Gabriel, Sloane, Grant and Nina; and his brother Bobby Stanford (Cindy). He is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chastain Horse Park (4371 Powers Ferry Rd NW, Atlanta, GA 30327).
