He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bartman and Rita Bartman; his daughter Leslie Bartman; his grandson Skylar Yancey; and his brother Leonard Bartman.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn of Cumming, Georgia; his children, Neil Bartman (Crissy Frey) of Cold Spring, Michelle Kendrick of Cumming and Stacee Flanagan (Terry) of Dacula, Georgia; his grandchildren, Andrea Jones (Hans), Kelly Weir-Walters (Grady) and Brandon Weir (Lauren); his stepgrandchildren, Casey Flanagan (Samantha), Alex Flanagan (Kayla), Chelsea Flanagan and Madelyn Flanagan; and his great grandchildren, Patrick, Spencer, Landon, Staton, Zoe, Archer and Caleb. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Johns Creek Veterans Association or the American Legion Post 201, Alpharetta, Georgia.
