He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Castleberry and Ruth Castleberry. He is survived by: his wife Sue Castleberry of Alpharetta; his sons, Tony Castleberry (Kendra) of Milton, GA and James Castleberry of Alpharetta, GA; and his granddaughter Valerie Castleberry.
