He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Oscar J. Groff, Sr. and Alta Groff (McKinley); his son Bryan Groff; his sister Elsie Scott (Bud); his wife Jeanette Briere-Groff (Jan) of Alpharetta; his daughter Terri Gomez (Robert); his grandchildren, Alexander and Julia; his daughter-in-law Bonnie Groff; his granddaughters, Jessica Mejia and Bethany Walsh; his daughter Diana Smith (Kenneth); and his grandchildren, Tracey Muth, Juliet Martin, Joey, Nicholas, Carrie Armento (Dave), Aubrey, Donald and Daniel. He was also cherished by his seven great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
