He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Rowe and Ruth Rowe; and his siblings, Stu Garber and Eileen Garber Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his daughters, Ruth and Maxine; his son-in-law Michael Cohen; his stepdaughters, Marci (Cory Harper) and Audrey (Jeff Galyon); and his sister Terrie Rowe Sturgill.
