He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter David Kelley and Eloise Prichard Adams. He is survived by: his siblings, Eloise Kelley of Cordele, Ida Ann Kelley of Cordele and Walter David Kelley Jr. of Cordele; and his stepson Danny Ray Coburn of Americus.
