Murphy of Chuluota; his children, David Samuel Murphy Jr. (Danielle) of Cheyenne, WY. and Allie Murphy (Brandon); his granddaughter Maddie Kate (Due) of Chuluota; and his niece Lori Worman of Nampa, ID.. He is also survived by Many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
