He was predeceased by: his parents, William Theodore Baldwin and Verna Dean Adkins; and his brother Ted Baldwin. He is survived by: his wife Janis Dixon Baldwin; his son Raymond Baldwin; his daughter-in-law Kim Baldwin; his daughter Jennifer Wall; his son-in-law Chris Wall; and his grandsons, George Alan Wall of Americus, James Baldwin Wall of Americus and Asa Ray Baldwin of Americus.
