He was predeceased by : his parents, Hugh Dorsey and Eloise Hall Crosby. He is survived by : his son Hugh-Dalton Dorsey Crosby II of Bonaire; his stepson Alex Poole of Baxley; and his siblings, David Crosby (Marie) of Baxley, Carole Whitlow of Marietta, Lucy Lowry (Bo) of Bonaire and Susie McLain (Freddie) of Baxley.

In lieu of flowers family ask that contributions be made to the Community Hospice House of Vidalia at 904 Mt. Vernon Rd Suite 1, Vidalia, Ga 30474.
