It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Truman Simmons (Appling, Georgia), who passed away on April 11, 2018, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Simmons and Minnie Lee Roberts Simmons; and his brothers, Russell Simmons and Roger Simmons. He is survived by: his wife Helen Crosby Simmons of Baxley; his daughter April Simmons of Douglas; and his brother Jack Simmons of Hazlehurst.
