Van Sharpe Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 5, 2018, at the age of 57, Van Sharpe (Appling, Georgia) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Van Sharpe to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Sharpe and Bonnie Sellers Sharpe; and his brothers, Randy Sharpe, David Sharpe and Toney Sharpe.
He is survived by: his children, Kandiss "Kandi" Taylor (Ryan) of Baxley and Van "Chase" Sharpe of Baxley; his grandchildren, Elijah Thurmon Miles of Baxley, Maelee Elizabeth Miles of Baxley and Fitzryan Jackson Taylor of Baxley; and his siblings, Dan Sharpe of Baxley, June Sellers (Jimmy) of Baxley, Joan Crosby (Berry) of Baxley and Lynn Opdyke (Alan) of Monroe.
In lieu of flowers … Van was an avid University of Georgia football fan, donations can be made to Appling County High School for a scholarship fund.
