He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyman Pierce Foulk Sr. and Verna Bernice Hunt Foulk; and his sister Virginia Bernice Foulk. He is survived by: his wife Carma Regina Foulk of Armuchee, Georgia; his daughters, Elizabeth Foulk (Eric) of Summerville and Jennifer Foulk (Chad) of Woodstock, Georgia; his granddaughters, Amanda Taft, Olivia Taft and Lydia Taft; and his sister Barbara Foulk Williams.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Salmon Funeral Home & Crematory (2516 New Calhoun Hwy NE, Rome, GA 30161). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Georgia National Cemetery -Canton Ga (1080 Veterans Cemetery Rd, Canton, Georgia 30114).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Pierce's honor towards Crosspoint City Church @ crosspointcity.com.
