Billie Joe is survived by: parent Frances Lois Verner Leggett; children, Beverly Galles of Chesapeake, VA and Jeffrey Leggett of Athens; and sister Judy Cole of Johnson City, TN. Billie Joe is also survived by three grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
