He is survived by: his mother Audrey Lindsey Spivey; his wife Samantha Crumley Spivey; his children, Benjamin Garrett Spivey, Brent Wells, Kelly Kellum (Paul) and Kimberly Williams (Alan); his brother Sheldon W. Spivey (Angie); his sister-in-law Veronica Spivey; and his grandchildren, Gavin Stepp, Tristan Coulter, Kayden Stinson, Cade Williams, Mason Williams and Harper Williams. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
