He is survived by : his children, Russell Parks Betts (Rusty), Janice E. Oldham and Beverly L. Busbin; his sisters, Joann (Toombs Hardin) and Alberta; his grandsons, Chris Oldham, Chad, Ian Wood and Joshua Busbin; his nephew Mark Betts; and also Jonathan Fleeman.
