He is survived by: his wife Shirley Billups; his children, Cecil Bradford, Eric Billups, Sylvester Billups, Silas Billups, Bryant Daniel, Brandy Daniel and Olivia Daniel; his mother Annie Billups; and his siblings, Leo Billups, Larry Billups, Will Billups, Marcus Billups, Shirley Steele and Beverly Cofer. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild.
