She was predeceased by: her mother Joie Baker. She is survived by: her son Chad Hall of Athens; her daughter-in-law Stephanie Hall of Athens; her daughter Katie Jo Hall of Athens; her significant other Christy; her father Jack McDougald of Clermont; her brother Steve McDougald of Auburn; her sister-in-law Wanda McDougald of Auburn; her sister Joyce Heil; and her niece Jennifer McBurnett of Forsyth. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.

Per family request, please omit flowers and make a donation in memory of Connie Hall to the Athens Area Humane Society or Ashford Memorial Methodist Church in Watkinsville, Ga.
