He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Powell (Heather) and Sandra Dellen (Joshua); his siblings, Freddy Powell, Jerry Powell, Terry Powell, Wayne Powell and Veronica Booth; and his grandchildren, Alyson Powell, Ryan Powell, Taylor Powell, Saige Dellen, Austin Samples, Andrew Dellen, Joseph Dellen and Zeke Dellen.
