He was predeceased by: his parent James F.; and his wife Charlene Nolen Ramsay. He is survived by: his parent Jennie Bell Ligon Ramsay; his sons, Chuck Ramsay (Kit) and Carter Ramsay (Kim); his grandchildren, Kati Milam (Philip), Charlie Ramsay (Amanda) and Victoria Ramsay; and his great grandchildren, Ramsay Katherine, Oliver Burke Milam, Addison Lee, Ella James and Lucy Charles Ramsay.
