He was predeceased by: his parent Ernest Looney. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Looney of Athens; his children, Kecia Holmes, Kayla Looney and Michael Looney of Dallas; his sisters, Tonya Looney of Jackson Co, Candy Brookshire of Jackson Co and Kristy Looney of Jackson Co; and his uncle Mickey Lester.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to defray funeral expenses.
