She was predeceased by: her daughter Maureen Clodfelter; and her siblings, Mary Piha Cohen, Mike, Jack and David Israel.

She is survived by: her parents, Estrea Alhadeff and Morris Israel; her granddaughter Reina Franco; and her great grandchild Isabella. She is also survived by two children, five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Donations may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation or Alzheimer's Foundation.
