He is survived by: his parents, Earl E. and Vivian Stout Beach; his wife Linda Leary Beach of Savannah; his son Theodore W. Beach, Jr.; his wife Debra of Greensboro, NC; his sister Marcia Albrecht (David) of Vero Beach; and his nieces, Whitney and Bretton.
