He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Veal; his son Jeffrey Taylor Henson; and his brother Douglas Coile Henson Sr.. He is survived by: his parent Carolyn Bradley Henson; his daughters, Julie Henson Evans, Dana Henson Buchanan (Reid) and Allie Henson; his grandchildren, Parker Harrison Evans, Thomas Daniel Evans and Collins Reid Buchanan; and his siblings, Dorothy Ann Henson Bachman (Richard L.) of Gainesville, Daniel Mark Henson (Lynn) of Gainesville and John Taylor Henson (Margaret) of Gainesville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
