He was predeceased by: his parent Curtis William Hudson; and his children, Virgil Edward Hudson, Jr. and Jennifer Hudson. He is survived by: his parent Hassie Gooch Hudson; his children, Gail Coile of Colbert, Paula Hudson of Athens and Paul Hudson (Crystal) of Bishop; and his brother Doc Hudson of Bishop. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
