He was predeceased by: his siblings, Annie Luevenia Mitchell Henley, Leonard Earl Mitchell, Gregory Augustus Ransom and Kenneth Ransom. He is survived by: his former wife Cleola Ransom; his children, Carmen Lisa Ransom-Ross, Arthur John Ransom, III (Randy) and Gregory Augustus Ransom; his former wife Vonda Ransom; his daughter Arteria Ransom; and his brothers, William Henry Ransom and Charles Russell Ransom (Vivian). He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousin, extended family and friends.
