It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Lucille Harris formerly of Atlanta, Georgia, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on October 20, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Col. Joseph K. Harris; and her son Major Steve Harris. She is survived by : her daughters, Deborah Aanes (Steve) and Tonya Andrews (Bill); her daughter-in-law Pamela Harris; her grandchildren, Shannon Paige Harris, Kimberlee Donavant, Todd Harris (Amanda), Wendy Kelley (Chris), Sabrina Conley and Harris Andrews; her great grandchildren, Cole, Paige, Abigail, Sarah, Evangeline and Samantha; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Marler.

A special and heartfelt thank you is extended to the entire Benton House staff who lovingly cared for Joe and Evelyn, especially during the Coronavirus pandemic quarantine.
