It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glenda Hall Jones of Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on May 29, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Glenda Hall leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Glenda Hall may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leetice Stallard Hall and James Emerson Hall. She is survived by: her husband John Jones; her sons, Kelly (Stephanie) of Tucker and Evan (Sandra) of Stone Mountain; her granddaughter Elise of Orlando; her sister Phyllis Hall (Virginia) of Wise; and her aunts, Margret Jordan and Joan Lawson.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Smoke Rise Baptist Church (5901 Hugh Howell Rd, Stone Mountain, GA 30087). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
