He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Elaine Embry (Martin). He is survived by: his children, Glenn Ervin Embry (Joey), Michael, Mathias (Daniella) of Mike and Joey of Mike; his grandchildren, Sabrina, Vanessa, Jennifer, Jason, Leland and Arlen; and his great grandchild Jamie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
