He was predeceased by: his parents, Shelton C. Tate and Ruthe Cox Tate; his brother Terry; and his granddaughter Allyson Faulk. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, Kim Tate Faulk (Joe) and Kevin Tate; his stepson Kenneth Brown (Pam); and his grandchildren, Chris Faulk, Zane Tate, Walker Tate, Rachael and Joshua Brown.
