He is survived by : his parents, Arthur and Margret; his siblings, Lisa Joan Girard (Paul Bupivi) and Lee James Girard; his stepsiblings, Douglas MacDonald (Kim) and Laura Davis; his significant other Tank; and also, Yvonne, Adopted, Kim, Will Adams and Rhett Proger. He is also survived by the two friends who were brothers.
