She was predeceased by: her parents, William Leon Ragan of Henderson, GA and Patricia Faith Ragan of Perry, GA.; her son Davis; and her brother-in-law Wayne Landon. She is survived by: her husband Steve; her daughter Madison Darwin (Lane); her siblings, Jackie White (Maury), Bil and Jamie Boyd; her sister-in-law Shari Landon; her stepfather James Boyd; and her siblings' children, Samantha White, Ella, Pearl Boyd, Mallory Landon, Hank White, James Boyd and Michael Landon.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Arlington Memorial Park (201 Mount Vernon Hwy NW, Sandy Springs, GA 30328).
His actions were recognized by the Carnegie Foundation, and he was named a 'Carnegie Hero' in December 2017.The early loss of Davis was devastating to the family, the relatives, and to all that knew him.
