He is survived by : his son Sonny; his sisters, Linda Hayes Tiffany and Royce Hayes Funderburk; his children, Dr. Cynthia K. Hayes of Glassboro, NJ. and Wade Hayes Jr. (Joanne) of Atlanta, GA; his grandchildren, Jason Savage (Melanie) of Boston, Heath Hayes of Salisbury, NC., Devin Carsdale (Alicia) of Yardley, PA., Tyler Hayes of Clearwater, Ethan Hayes of Atlanta, Brandon Kleinfield-Hayes of Sewell, N. J. and Marni Kane (Andrew) of New York; and his great grandchildren, Fiona, Darla, Marlana Savage of Boston, MA, Scarlett Hayes of Salisbury, NC. and Ava Carsdale of Yardley, PA..
Due to the Coronavirus he was isolated until the last moments of his life when his son Sonny was able to say last goodbyes.
