He was predeceased by: his parents, Josef and Thersia. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Brewer Hermann; his children, Chris Grant (Stacie), Tony Grant (Tia), Mark Grant (Daisy), Wendi Grant and Hailey Taylor; and his siblings, Harald, Gottfried, Seppie, Carola, Monika, Franz, Franziska and Carl.
