He is survived by: his children, Cathy, Eric Howard, Chuck and Tammi Atkins; his grandchildren, Amanda Howard, Travis Howard and Ashley Atkins; and his sisters, Barbara Powell, Mildred Fennell (Tommy) and Betty Figgins (Chris). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
