She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Allen Baxter, Sr. and Etta Bell White Baxter. She is survived by: her children, Brande Wren (Donald) and Jason Baxter (Stephanie); her siblings, Charles Allen Baxter, Jr., Carrie Easton, Connie Long and Jeanne Peterson; and her grandchildren, Alex, Matt, Kane and Faith.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to local ASPCA or Alzheimer's Association.
