She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles May and Maybelle May; her husband William Thomas Brassell, Sr.; and her son William Thomas Brassell, Jr. She is survived by: her children, Sallie Brewer, Carolyn Ann Brassell and Stan Brassell; and her grandson Benjamin Glenn Brewer. She is also survived by her parents; and her six siblings.
