She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Cook (Tommy) and Linda Hurst (Craig); her grandchildren, Jason Hurst (Caren), Kyle Wilcox (Al), Melissa Cook (Matt), Travis Hambrick (Brandi) and Kristin Cook (Nick); and her friend Marie Byrd.
