He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil W. Shipp, Sr. and Tressa B. Shipp (Quinn); and his sisters, Constance Huston (Dewey) and Beverly J. Renigar. He is survived by: his wife Alice P. Shipp (Kemp); his children, Kenneth W. Shipp (Annette) and Karen T. Shipp; his grandchildren, Kimberly S. Busby (Brandon) and Ryan H. Shipp (Laura); and his great grandchildren, Carley, Weston and Evan Shipp. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins.
