He is survived by: his children, Charles Anthony Spradley, Jr. of Mississippi and Carla Moore of Florida; his siblings, Brenda Spradley Shaw-Saunders of Tifton, Michelle Head Edwards of Rincon, Tim Spradley of Macon and Robbie Head of Columbus; his stepbrother Jerry Wilson of Nashville; his uncle Nathan C. Spradley, Sr. of Tifton; his niece Nicole Shaw of Tifton; and his nephew Jason Shaw of McClenny, Florida. He is also survived by several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and numerous cousins.
