He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Moxley and Dorothy Moxley; and his brother Bobby Gates. He is survived by: his children, Charles Edward "Charlie" Moxley, Jr. (Christy) and Margie Collins; his siblings, Johnny Moxley, Billy Moxley, Rene Moxley and Rebecca Moxley; his grandchildren, Dillon Moxley, Brice Collins, Sampie Noakes and Mac Aldridge; and his nephew Jimbo Gates (Theresa). He is also survived by his wife and parents, family members.
