He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Moyer and Ruby Lee Moyer; his son Andrew Moyer; and his brothers, Bobby Moyer and Billy Moyer.

He is survived by: his wife Jouette Moyer; his daughter Melissa Hembree (Jeremy); his stepson Christopher Wren (Angela); and his grandchildren, Aiden Hembree, Audrey Hembree and Tre Moyer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
