He is survived by: his wife Patty; his children, Steve Strickland, Rob Strickland (Beth) of Augusta, Teri Shepherd (Guy) of Augusta and Mindy Horn (Mark) of Macon, GA.; his grandchildren, Kristopher Shepherd (Terra), Bryan Horn, Ben Strickland, Jackson Strickland, Caroline Horn, Ava Strickland, Jacob Best, Andrew Best and Heather Best; and his great grandchildren, Paisley Shepherd and Wyatt Shepherd.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. John United Methodist Church Lake Ministry or the Foundation of Wesley Woods/St. John Towers.
