He is survived by: his spouse Patricia Ford; his daughter Dawn O'Kelley (Chris); his granddaughters, Carson Leigh and Nataleigh Grace Deal; and his siblings, Jim Ford, Brooks Ford, Becky Ford, Kaye Bathe and Steve Bathe. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
