He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherine Carlisle and Woody Carlisle. He is survived by: his son David Carlisle; his sisters, Dianne Litchfield and Vickie Courtenay (Chuck); his niece Jenifer Meybohm (Grey); and his nephew Rick Hopper (Michelle).
