He is survived by: his father Bill Phillips of Greensboro, GA; his significant other Renee Doeden of Augusta, GA; his children, Kristin Passaglia (Matt) of Highlands Ranch, CO and Matthew Phillips (Kimmy) of Huntley, IL; his brothers, Douglas Phillips (Margaret) of Greensboro, GA and Darrell Phillips of Greensboro, GA; and his grandchildren, Alina, Ani Phillips, Sienna and Andrew Passaglia. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
