He was predeceased by: his parents, James William Campbell and Emma Campbell (Webber); and his siblings, James Campbell, Donald Campbell and June Houck.
He is survived by: his wife Susanna Elizeus Campbell; his children, Daniel John Campbell (Annette) of Evans, GA, Debra Marie Campbell (Britt Reid) of Tacoma, WA and Diane Emma Campbell (Chris Havekost) of Denver, CO; his grandchildren, Andrew Campbell (Natalie), Scott Campbell (Ashley), Meredith Tolleson (Nick Smith), Spencer Tolleson and Paige Tolleson; and his great grandchild Luke Campbell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
