He is survived by: his wife Joy Thompson Jones; his children, Jennifer Faith Jones and Cameron Frank Jones; his grandson Dylan Alexander Pryor; his siblings, Jan Jones Hitchcock (Phinny), Phillip Frank Jones (Julie) and Paul Vernon Jones (Joy); his nieces and nephews, Rebecca Hitchcock Mitchell (David), John Christopher Hitchcock (Kelly), Stephen Frank Hitchcock, Jacquelyn Jones Whetzel (Josh), Christopher Bond Jones (Caroline), Leah Jones Copham (Brian) and Paul Vernon Jones, Jr. (Christin); his sister-in-law Hope Barrere; and his niece Becca.
